Our kitchen is now in full festive mode

Our kitchen is now in full festive mode, preparing an array of Christmas drop-off delights in Plymouth and Truro throughout the holiday week. Guests can look forward to a selection of mouth-watering dishes, including festive mini desserts such as chocolate orange tiramisu, lemon drizzle cheesecakes with poached pear compote and lemon-thyme infused honey, along with many other seasonal treats. Traditional centerpiece meats are also on the menu, including Devon stout and maple-roasted gammon, as well as pepper and rosemary-crusted sirloin.

Below are some stunning images showcasing our most recent private chef hire and delivery drop-off services.

Seasonal Ideas
Festive Vegetables

To add a touch of luxury and refinement to your own Christmas Day roast, here are a few simple yet elegant ideas to elevate your festive vegetables:

Roasted Buttered Swede with Parmesan
Dice and blanch the swede, then roast with a little oil and butter. Once lightly colored, sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan and return to the oven until the cheese is golden and crisp.

Heritage Carrots with Devon Cider Glaze
Reduce Devon cider with a knob of butter until reduced by two-thirds. Toss through roasted heritage carrots and finish with freshly chopped herbs.

Braised Red Cabbage with Pickled Cranberries
Rehydrate dried cranberries in boiling water until softened, then drain and add to a pickling liquid. Sprinkle over braised red cabbage for a beautifully balanced sweet-and-sour festive finish.
